If you are absolutely sure you didn't accidently mess up some wires somewhere then this is what I would do.
1. Disconnect your battery
2. Try to start your Jeep. Yeah, I know it won't, but this completely drains the power from your on board computers.
3. Turn on all of your accessories, headlights, flashers, blower fan on high, doors all open, ect.
4. Leave everything on for at least 10 seconds.
5. Turn everything back off.
6. Reconnect your battery.
7. Try to start it up again.
Basically, this is like doing a hard reboot on your home computer. Unplugging all the power and forcing the factory Jeep computer(s) to reset should clear the codes and allow it to start, IF nothing else is wrong. If it still doesn't start then you've got bigger problems somewhere.
