Default Help! Transmission goes into neutral while driving

I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The transmission has started going into neutral while driving, I was pulling to side of road and cutting the Jeep off and it would reset and drive fine for a couple hundred miles and then repeat. Now, while driving and it goes into neutral, I put it in neutral switch it off and back on and then put it back into drive and it is good to continue driving. Is that not just crazy!! The check engine light comes on and the code is P1762 and P1763. I have had governor sensor replaced, solenoid replaced, throttle something replaced, PCM replaced, battery connectors, wiring harness to battery replaced, serviced transmission, fuel filter replaced. I have spent almost $3000.00 and it is still going into neutral while I am driving. I am a female and I drive out of state on my job and I really need to figure this out. I have carried it to Jeep Dealerships, transmission specialists and no one knows what to do. They say just drive it but I am afraid I am going to have or cause a really bad wreck on the interstate when it goes into neutral while I am driving. Please, has anyone else had this problem?? I would really appreciate some input on this. Thanks . Transmission specialist says it is an electrical problem.

JMHO, but I'd say it's time to get an attorney working on this. Jeep should be able to fix it, after all, they built it! This is a safety issue! Maybe get the NTSB involved.

That is very unusual to fall out of drive into neutral. Usualy when those codes (P1762-1763) are thrown the transmission goes into 'limp mode' and will act sluggish.
There are recalls on the 2005 models for "shift into neutral on start-up". Due to a cracked circuit board.
This could very well be a dealer issue for replacement. Sorry.
