High pitched noise with acceleration
I have a 2004 Grand Cherokee Loredo with 58,000 miles on it.
My question is regarding a high pitched whining type noise i hear when i accelerate. It is louder on the driver side.
I first noticed it when I was going about 50mph and tried to accelerate past 2K RPMs. Recently I notice it more often. after i accelerate through 60MPH the sound goes away.
It seems to only happen when I am going about 50 MPH and accelerating.
When I pump the gas I hear the noise, and then can release and the noise will go away. It is very predictable.
Any suggestions. The car is under Maximum care until 2015.
Thanks
