Default High temp sensor after oil change to synthetic oil on 09 JGC 5.7 hemi

Just bought a 2009 JGC limited 5.7 hemi engine. After oil change to synthetic oil I'm getting a hightempsensor and o2 sensors. Anyone heard of that or coincidental?

Did the issue show up immediately after oil change or some time later? If immediately I would be wondering if the O2 sensor wiring was damaged during oil change.
Did you verify there is adequate oil level?
Where are you seeing these errors?

Did you do the change yourself or had some monkey with a wrench do it? I'm going with the damaged wiring.

Default High temp

Well....the 2009 is running. My husband took it to a place for oil change. He noticed the oil leaking, could this have caused a temporary glitch cuz it's fine now. Weird.

Thank you for replying. Yes, that is strange. Don't be surprised if fault codes come back. But I am not clear on the oil leak issue. Leaking before or after oil change? The more specific details provided the better the answers might be, either here or at a service place.
