Yep - that was it. I cut the wires going to the blower - reversed them (black to green, green to black) - plugged it back in and it works.

 

My daughters 2000 Limited Grand Cherokee with dual zone climate controls is no longer blowing any air (hot or cold). The blower motor seems to be running fine through the entire speed range. No unusual noise's. There is no air coming out of any of the vents (defrost, dash or floor). I removed the 2 screws holding the servo motor on (see attached photos). The shaft attached to the servo motor just free wheels round & round.

Is this normal, what does this shaft control? Is it possible that the door or whatever is supposed to be attached to this shaft broke off causing an obstruction. There is no after market cabin air filter & no debris in the outside air inlet under the RH side wiper/cowl.

Any suggestions and/or fixes.
