WJ front coils are a slightly smaller OD than the ZJ's front coils, and the ends are very different, so running them on an XJ or ZJ is not going to work without some fab.
WJ rear coils are much larger OD than ZJ coils are, and approximately the same height. They also will not fit on the front of an XJ.
ZJ 4.0L front coils will lift a non-UpCountry XJ about 1/4"~1/2"
ZJ V8 front coils will lift a non-UpCountry XJ about 3/4"~1"
ZJ rear coils are approximately 3.25" shorter than the front coils, and have a lighter spring rate than the fronts do in all OEM applications. Moving ZJ front coils to the rear will net you 2.25"~3.25", depending on whether they are UpCountry V8 coils, or something lighter (Laredo 4.0L for instance) and how many miles are on them.
I estimate that these aforementioned coil springs sag around 3/4" per 100k miles as an over-generalized rule of thumb...some more...some less.
Hope that helps,
Kevin
