Question Installing Digital Media Head Unit, Sub w/ Amp, and New Speakers w/ Amp... NEED HELP

My main question for this project - because I DO have an actual question this time, even though I managed to make it this far without having to ask any... Is this... Does ANYONE out there, happen to know of an "easy", or "easier" way, of fishing new speaker wire (16AWG) from the interior of the Jeep (a 97' ZJ Limited 4.0L), into each of the REAR door cavities?!? Or am I just going to HAVE to pull all of the trim that runs from the floor on up to the seatbelt loop, just to access the interior side of the rubber door boot on each side, after which, it seems to me, that using the same method of taping my speaker wire, to a more rigid single wire, or even a disassembled coat hanger, which I used to feed my new speaker wires through the boots of the front doors, is going to already be the "easiest", and most efficient means of installing the new wires into these locations?!? I realize that plan can work, and will. However, the boots for the rear doors, are but a third of the size of the boots on the front doors! And just looking at the sharp turns on these small boots, makes me DREAD the battle I foresee having to fight with each of them! And already, I've been plotting on cost-effective options for making this job even the least bit easier on myself! For example, I've considered adopting a product called "astro-glide" - which, for anyone who is not familiar with the name, is a product wholely reserved for more "intimate", "bedroom type" applications, if you will - for possible use as a wire, or even an entire boot lubricant... After which, I figure on dreaming up a way to fasten something to the tip of each wire, which might make them easier to "coax" through each of the boots. (Think, ball-shapped ends, so as to hopefully not get caught in the curves/turns, or any of the ribs or corrugations of either of the boots either... I KNOW! I KNOW! I'm REACHING here people!! But MAN, these boots look super tight. And NO, just incase anyone is wondering, I absolutely am NOT purposely choosing words which might make it more uncomfortable than it already is, to be on Cherokee Forum, and bringing my wife and I's preferred means of additional lubrication into the conversation here!! If I've said a word, or a thing, which seems that way, I assure you, it is ONLY because that was the most effective way of getting my idea across, without needing to use even more unnecessary words, to try and make what I'm saying, make sense! LOL! This IS crazy, I realize! But I am NOT looking forward to digging in to this project this evening... Okay... That one I admittedly thought might be funny, but THAT was the only intentional one, I swear! Still though... It got the point across pretty effectively I feel like, did it not?! Anyway, I already get the feeling I'll not live this one down for a good while, but if I manage to get anyone to stop in here between now, and this evening, when I have to try and conquer this hill, who saves me by providing me with some world-class hack that I just have not yet managed to brain-storm up myself, then it will truly be all worth it as far as I am concerned!

So PLEASE forum!! If any of you out there have taken on the task of running new speaker wire into your rear doors... I would love to hear all about how you were able to successfully achieve that result without tearing anything up or leaving off with anything in any worse condition than it was when you began! Because both of those are imparative for me in the end result. At least, as much as is humanly possible when attempting to undertake a task which could otherwise wind up getting a little too slippery, if a drier option doesn't land in my lap prior to getting home this evening! And with that one out of the way, I'll leave you all to it, and hopefully someone will be able to point me in the right direction, and away from using any items which will only **** my wife off even more than my being out there all night for the 3rd (or is it the 4th) night in a row now has already led her to be! Thanks everyone, for your time and consideration, as always! Any help/suggestions are genuinely very much appreciated!
