Rear line should be alright. What some do for front if you need a little extra length is unbolt the bracket that is between the hard/soft lines for some extra travel. There is a list/thread somewhere that shows what other vehicle brake lines, that are longer, work for XJ/ZJ. I know YJ lines are longer. And will bolt right in.
I have heard mostly negative things about RRO, and a few good things. Just a thought.

YJ lines are 22" long IIRC, compared to stock ZJ lines which are 20". The Chevy lines I have are a 24-25" long. They swap right on.

It's your money, I don't have a vested interest in it. But my opinion is to stay away from them. Generally I stay away from IRO, but in this case if it were my ZJ, I'd get the 3.5 IRO kit with a trackbar. Delete the shocks as an option from them, and measure for some real shocks, like Bilsteins. Believe me, you will thank me if you pony up the cash.
So idk.. this is harder than I expected?

I'm one of the few who can say our jeeps are one owner, us. I've been working on the XJ since 99 and have tried a little bit of everything from rough country AAL to rubicon. Like I said, I just used RRO for the components to get the OME for both jeeps. Never contacted them, or used anything else of theirs. My XJ has an eclectic mix of parts that work well together, and our WJ just has stock height replacement springs. Customer service is touchy at best for each vendor. Each vendor will tell you the benefits of theirs and cons of the others. They just want to sell. And I think IRO springs (look at there component page) are Rough Country. Those are the only thing I stay away from. Major drop after a year on the front of the XJ with those.

I just looked again, and I guess they have their own designed springs now. Tough choice. I may lean toward Iron rock now to do away with the spring spacers. But it's a tough call I guess.

Those are the OME 3" lift HD spring from RRO. They are the same for the ZJ I believe.

Go with the IRO kit. Their customer service is great. Call them up and talk to them before ordering. Also, check out jeepforum.com for the name Iron Rock. They are a vendor on there and usually about this time of year have some awesome deals. Last year they had group buy and enough people went in on it that they offered 20% off with Free shipping.
I have their front XJ /ZJ Adjustable Double Shear Track Bar Kit on my ZJ and the thing is pure beef.
