I have heard mostly negative things about RRO, and a few good things. Just a thought.
Thanx bro.. Any recomendations?

YJ lines are 22" long IIRC, compared to stock ZJ lines which are 20". The Chevy lines I have are a 24-25" long. They swap right on.

Believe me, you will thank me if you pony up the cash.
Will definitley consider.. I do want the 4.5" kit though.. The IRO kit does come with front and rear trackbar system.. Aswell as the OME kit.. So I guess its come down to whether or not the 3" OME springs + spacers is better than the IRO 4.5" coil overs.. I understand the OME kit directs to use the front springs in the back, but they also offer rear spring upgrade which I dont mind.. Again probably using the spacers in the rear too..
So idk.. this is harder than I expected?

Well theyre both in my price range... And yeah I have a better understanding about the spacers now.. So idk.. Im still not feeling confident about either one..

I'm one of the few who can say our jeeps are one owner, us. I've been working on the XJ since 99 and have tried a little bit of everything from rough country AAL to rubicon. Like I said, I just used RRO for the components to get the OME for both jeeps. Never contacted them, or used anything else of theirs. My XJ has an eclectic mix of parts that work well together, and our WJ just has stock height replacement springs. Customer service is touchy at best for each vendor. Each vendor will tell you the benefits of theirs and cons of the others. They just want to sell. And I think IRO springs (look at there component page) are Rough Country. Those are the only thing I stay away from. Major drop after a year on the front of the XJ with those.

I just looked again, and I guess they have their own designed springs now. Tough choice. I may lean toward Iron rock now to do away with the spring spacers. But it's a tough call I guess.

hey what springs are in the picture u posted? i think im going to go with the OME kit.. I see they have a 2" coil spacer as well for some extra lift I wont need control arms right? Not planning on doing any rock climbing or extreme flexing. Or swaybar links?

Those are the OME 3" lift HD spring from RRO. They are the same for the ZJ I believe.

Go with the IRO kit. Their customer service is great. Call them up and talk to them before ordering. Also, check out jeepforum.com for the name Iron Rock. They are a vendor on there and usually about this time of year have some awesome deals. Last year they had group buy and enough people went in on it that they offered 20% off with Free shipping.

I have their front XJ /ZJ Adjustable Double Shear Track Bar Kit on my ZJ and the thing is pure beef.

If you want a good riding shock get Bilsteins. Hands down the best ride out there. Just remember, your putting on a lift, it will ride a lot different than stock.

What are you going to be using this for?
