Default Jeep power issue

Hi all , was wondering if anyone can help me out.
2008 jeep Cherokee has a new battery but no power to anything , terminals are in perfect condition.
even central locking buttons won’t work.
Could it be a fuse maybe

Since this is a technical question, you need to post this in the technical section for your vehicle. Since it's a 2008, it's probably a Grand Cherokee, not a Cherokee. The tech forum for Grand Cherokees is here.

I hate to have to ask the obvious but you did remove the plastic caps on the battery terminals before connecting the jeep battery cables?
