Default Key gets stuck in ACC Position

Good evening all, I have a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, 4x4, gas v6. For the past year or so I have been having an issue with my key where it gets stuck in the ACC position and will not come out, I then hear a "click" and it usually comes out. Took it to the dealership, they charged me $90 bucks and said they could not replicate it even when I showed them the video of what it does. Please refer to my youtube links, Any help is greatly appreciated. Jiggling the shifter does not help nor does moving the steering wheel. i am thinking possibly a bad WIN module....and no, unfortunately my jeep does not have the recall on it.

UPDATE: took it over the brown daub today... mechanic said he was 99% sure it is the WIN module. $350 for the part and $160 for labor... Triple checked to see if it had the recall, it does not even though basically every other jeep like it does. Not too confident in the fact he could not say what it was for sure and that he ran zero tests...

Hey! I have been suffering the exact same issue over the past few weeks. I've got a 2008 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x2 3.7L V6.

Did it end up being the WIN module?

Wow, that's annoying and insanely expensive!

I believe the WIN module was $350 plus $60 to install. My total ended up being $725 because they claimed my keys would not program to my new module and I had to get 2 new keys... Go figure, but problem is solved so I guess it was worth it. NOTE: the win module they put it is actually a newer/ different one that works and holds the key much better.

Those new "electronic keys" are tricky buggers... I know someone who had an '08 Chrysler Town and Country base model and they had problems with their WIN. I despise this key style.
