My CCV is loose on the valve cover.
The CCV is can be easily moved and is not air-tight. Is this normal, or does this mean I have to get a new CCV. I am noticing a lot of "gunk" near the front CCV as well. What does this usually mean. Thanks.

Get a new CCV and gromet. Less than ten bucks at any parts house. www.rockauto.com will have the tubes that go from the CCV to the intake manifold too.
