Need advice about engine swap for 2002 WJ
Hi,
So I have a 2002 4.7L Jeep Grand Cherokee 4wd Limited and want to swap it with the 5.7L that comes stock in newer year models. I have read somewhere that the older model I can find the better so with knowing that I would most likely
use the WH series 5.7L and the wiring harness associated (I have read the wiring harness that come with the 5.7 is mandatory to also put it) in my Wj model. Is the swap at all possible and if it is how difficult of a job is it regarding comparability. If it is possible what kind of modifications if necessary need to be done to make this work. Can’t find a reliable answer anywhere irs such a conflicted topic haha.
