NEED HELP! 2000 Cherokee knocking during sharp turns
I've got a 2000 Grand Cherokee Laredo V6, (about 180xxx miles) in the morning when I start her and let her warm up for about 10-15 minutes on the first crank she starts fine and then it sounds like it could be a bad bearing (some squealing) or something and by the time I'm ready to leave for work I'll come back and she's all warmed up and no squealing. BUT just this morning I noticed when I start to drive when I take a sharp left or right she hesitates and you can hear knocking coming from the front wheel well. ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm thinking the squealing is either the belt or the idler pulley. the other noise sounds like an axle. When the belts get old they get hard and will squeal until they warm up because they get softer and don't slip.
