This is already a 4wd, I don't understand what you are talking about. Are you hijacking this thread?
Yes but if the linkage was not adjusted properly drive would not be in it's correct position, which it is.
Also since there is no reverse anywhere. Something tells me there must be a clutch bound up somewhere.
Any way it's sitting in the rebuild guy's parking lot as I speak.

The jeep is at the transmission place for diagnostics and probable rebuild.
I'll keep posting updates of the cause and cure.
