Default Need help with transmission issues

I've been trying to track down some codes that have been coming up for my transmission. P0738, P0775, P07c8, P07c9, and the transmission overheats, but only after going up hill for about 30-40 mins. The codes are for the circuits for output speed sensor, crankshaft position sensor, and transmission pressure sensor. I've replaced the valve body, shift solenoid, input and output speed sensors, crankshaft position sensor, and flushed the transmission twice. Any suggestions?

2002 Grand Cherokee 4.7L 45RFE with the updated solenoid pack.

Additionally, there is an additional sound coming from under the hood coming from the serpentine belt area when the vehicle gets really warm that sounds like the power steering but isn't because I replaced the power steering pump, pulley, and belt. The sound also does not sound like it's coming from the pump itself, it just makes the same noise that a power steering pump makes when it's about to go out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
