Ok guys I need to know this like now, Jeep overheated today and the radiator cracked, I am on craigslist now and I just got off the phone with someone who said they might have a radiator only problem is that its from a WJ not a ZJ

So would the radiator from a 4.0 WJ work on a 4.0 ZJ, would a V8 radiator work also? I need to know this like now thanks to anybody who can help

Dont think so. Not positive. Dont scrimp on your cooling system. Drop the $100 get an oem replacement if u have to go cheap. Get one at autozone. Pretty easy install. Replace hoses, tstat, rad cap, and water pump too if u can. Worth the extra money, time, and effort. I learned the hard way.

If I do go used I'm flushing the entire thing and checking it out good I'm not just gonna slap it on and go. I need to save money but also need to get the jeep back up and going real quick

A V8 radiator will not work for the I6, not sure about the WJ radiator working in a ZJ.

I've had an '04 WJ since new and had a ZJ for 6 years until recently, and the radiators won't interchange in my opinion.

I got an AWESOME radiator for my XJ for like 80 some bucks, alot thicker than the factory one, and is really nice. Don't buy a used one.
