Engine: 4.0, new lifters valve job with new springs and exhaust valves, preload set with shims

I would verify the grounds if you have the 12v. Nothing beats good testing before parts swapping. Could be CB could be sockets. If you decide you need the boards or whatever, you cant beat ebay for that stuff, no tax no shipping and del right to your door.
