Question no crank!

so my sister has a 95 grand cherokee v8. And i stuck in a good battery. all the lights are on. the fuses are all good.......what would it be?

It could be the neutral safety switch, the starter solenoid, ignition switch, any number of things.

Its getting no juice to the starter or the starter is fried. Try tapping the back of the starter with a hammer or wrench while trying to start it- if that works your starter is bad. If not check to see if it is getting power. Also put it in neutral and try to start it,sometimes when the nuetral safety switch is on its way out that will work.
