No low beams

No low beams
I just purchased a stock grand Cherokee with 114k miles for $2500. I have DRL, brights, and all marker lights. I do not have low beams. If I’m understanding correctly, DRL are low beams with lower voltage. So if the low beams were burnt out, I would have DRL. Replaced dimmer switch and headlight switch. Tried unplugging DRL module. DRLs stopped working but still no low beams. Any help is greatly appreciated.
