Exclamation No start after Oil Filter Housing replaced

2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 3.6L 4x4 w/ under 100,000 miles

I have a situation where I replaced the Oil Filter Housing after a major leak. Here is the
part part
that was put back on. It seemed everything went smoothly. At point I got in the Jeep to lower the lift down to make it easier to work on and not being used to push start I had the foot on the brake and it begin trying to start. After 5-10 seconds I was able to shut it off but fuel had been shooting out. I had paper towels blocking the intake. The towels were wet but not soaking wet so I didn't think anything off it besides having to clean a mess up. I get everything put back together and try to start but it just turns over and wont start. I had 18 codes, cleared all but the permanent ones which were:

P0123 - Throttle Position Sensor 1 Circuit High
P0222 - Throttle Position Sensor 2 Circuit Low
P0108 - Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Circuit High
P0523 - Engine Oil Pressure Sensor Circuit High
P0198 - Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Circuit High
P0113 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor Circuit High

So I went back and redid the job thinking I missed I connection or had a loose connection. Tried to start again and same thing.

I take it to Jeep to have them diagnose it and come back saying compression is low on cylinders 1,3,5 & 6. Which 3 & 5 where the two with the most gas coverage but I still don't think there was a lot of gas that got into the fuel intake.

It is currently sitting in my garage with the lower intake manifold off trying to troubleshoot this. I've manually spun the crankshaft and know that each intake valve is turning. Whether it has full seal or not I do not know.

I need help with this. Could it be a bad connection or loose ground? That doesn't explain the low compression test though. Do I need to dig into the lifters and exhaust valves? Timing chain?
