No Tape Needed #14 bolt 1993 ZJ Cylinder head 7120
The 1993 ZJ Cylinder head 7120 has an odd feature. As per the chrysler technical manual cylinder bolt number 14, close to the fire wall, will stay with the CH until it is out of the vehicle. A piece of tape is suggested to hold it in place.
I am taking off the cylinder head from a 1993 zj, the number 7120 is between #3 and #4. The bolt number 14 came out without any issue while the head was still in the vehicle. Maybe I thought could these be after market bolts Six sided 5/8 inch head.
Anyone else come across this easily removed no tape needed number 14 bolt?
