Default The ol dreaded p1391 need help!

Alright so I just got this 04 WJ 4.7 awd. It’s only got 125k miles on it. The issue is I can’t get it driving or running for very long at all.

popped the scan code on it and I get p1391.

I’ve replaced:
ckp and cmp
battery
battery connectors
checked the sensor wiring
New spark plugs
new belt tensioner
new belt

its also go this rattle when it does start up and if I revved it the rattle seems to get louder. It’s very tin can sounding.

when I pulled the spark plugs all 8 were carbon fouled.

when I drained the oil it had the scent of gas as well as swirls of microscopic what seems to be metal flakes like glitter.

I do know the Jeep has sat for at least a year that’s when the owner said they gave up. Before that it was owned by her 92 year old dad so I’m sure it wasn’t being driven much.

last thing I can think of is the flex plate new gas new oil obviously. Maybe some lubricant for the cylinder walls? Idk

what are your thoughts?
