That link is for the newer QDII,which is completely different.

You will not know if the t-case(vicious coupler) is bad until you put the front driveshaft in.

Everything is still spinning in the front diff even without the DS so,like ol" blue said,i'm sure thats fine.

Thanks alot for the help, i fell more calm now, the DS is not goig to fit because the GC hastwo different yokes at each side, im going to change the yoke in the front diff to match the one in the TC (removing the one thant looks like a plate, and swapping it for the one that looks like a c) again sorry if i can explain my self as clearly as i would like to, still a newby witha short vocabulary.
do i have to check anything else??
