i will say i had the same issue with my 04 drove me crazy replaced the#3 injector, coil pack, spark plug then i followed the injector harness to the rear of the valve cover
and found that the harness rubbed through on the head bolt causing it to ground the injector ground wire and fire that injector mutiple times causing the skip
pull the harness away from the head in the rear of the engine see if it stops
right at the back of the valve cover on the drivers side and see if it rubbed through.
