What sidewall/carcass should I ask for If I'm going with 31" guard dogs? This is a daily driver, when I do go wheeling (every now and then) its trails and sometimes mud.

Two questions that have popped up in my head during reading this thread:
1) How much has shipping been costing people?
2) I was going with the AT's with a hope of improved gas mileage. Then read about the odd wear pattern and different tread depths. Anyone see a change in gas millage with one tire or the other?
Thank you

Just ordered my guard dogs. Unfortunately I was told by them that it would take 3 weeks for my order and then another 7-10 days to process them and then another 3-5 days to ship. Darn I thought they might get here sooner.

The coworker that got some Treadwrights two years ago was happy enough to buy another set soon. I might be getting the old ones for spares.

My questions are
1 - How many miles are you guys getting from your "Wardens"?
2 - Can you walk up to them and tell they are retreads? In the few pictures on their website it looks like the sidewall is smooth, which is fine, but are there any distinctions that you can see with your eye?
