Eh i only go to schwabs because they are around the corner, they are nowhere near affordable for anything, then they talked all kinds of **** about the retreads i had them mount on my truck. Im giving you money, mount the tires and be done with it. No need to tell me "how bad they will ride" and that they are illegal (they arent)
Id rather go to big o but there isnt one near me

Heard back from TOYO, today. They tell me that if there is any proof that you were driving on under-inflated tires, your warranty is gone... They call it, RUN LOW. Anything you do that causes a "condition" voids your warranty.

thats expected from any company. airing down on a trail shouldnt show any abnormal wear however. its when you drive on paved roads underinflated, causing uneven wear

That makes sense. If I was a tire dealer I wouldn't warranty a set because the chick driving the car didn't know they had to be air up every once in a while.

The issue that they mentioned wasn't concerning external wear of the tire. They stated that airing down internally comprimises the tire. Thus voiding the warranty. I don't think anyone with half a brain would "runlow" on pavement. And personally, I have never had a tires warranty questioned due to tread wear. My last cherokee had a tow issue that ate up the inside and that never caused a fit. My E55 has a -2 degree camber adjustment that causes significant, uneven wear and that's a factory adjustment from AMG and I have never had a warranty issue concerning that either. What we're talking about here, is the guts. Not the skin.

I would assume that they handle like a new tire. With the extra traction provided by the lugs, playing will be more difficult, and a little more dangerous. I have nearly rolled my rigs while screwing around. The lugs bite the road, at any given opportunity and in a split second... it's close encounters of the pavement kind. HA HA. Just about took my friends arm off one night when I got a grand on two wheels after tagging the curb with the overland... He has never forgiven me for that scare, but I tell him he should have been wearing his seat belt.

They bite, I haven't been able to break them loose yet on concrete, I used to be able to swing the *** end around whenever I wanted with my old Wranglers, nadda with these unless you're on snow or dirt.

For anyone going back and forth on this.... Don't!! Just get them!!! For a little over half the price they are a great deal along with I drive my xj like a race car. My 32" guard dogs see extreme abuse!! Anything from fast corners to burnouts and jumping my rig, drifting on pavement and gravel/ dirt. I run them at about 25psi all the time and mash the gas whenever I get the itch too (its like I have a rash lol)
Basically what I'm saying is get a set and beat them, anything goes wrong they replace it
So get them and go have some fun!!
