Ok guys, So I got the Jeep at my house now (took long enough, eh?) and am getting ready to run some tests. First, looking at voltage. There are 4 pins, and I gotta find which is to produce 12 volts. Then I will try with the gas cap off just in case....
Ok, So I took a nice long look at my wonderful Jeep. I ordered a new fuel rail w/injectors and the goofy fuel line that hooks up to it. I swapped fuel rails, no change. I hooked up the goofy line to my current fuel rail, and the other end straight to the fuel pump. It works, and latches on good, with a little additional force. Anyhow, Guess what? 42 PSI on the on position, which limits my problem to... messed up fuel line.
Why I am not getting any pressure is strange, especially since I was getting fuel, but there is no doubting that I wound up getting no pressure at the fuel rail, but by the pump I am getting solid pressure and holding pressure. This seems to have pin-pointed the problem, in case anyone with experience can think of something else. No to put in a new fuel line.

So I ran a fuel line on the outside of the vehicle, from the fuel pump to the fuel rail. I dumped all the old gas, which still had water in it, cleaned out the fuel tank, and put new fuel in the tank.
What happened next was a pleasant surprise. The jeep started like it is supposed to. Now, the fuel rail is just a little different. has something on it right in the middle that I am not sure of what it is. I also cannot read the pressure, so I will be switching the fuel rails around after I ensure the other one is clean. This way I can actually check the pressure. I can tell you one thing, tho. The new line allows it to start without hesitation and rev up and idle down like it should. I do believe the fuel line has been the culprit the entire time...
