Hi, I have a 98 grand Cherokee lorado with rear end problems, can I interchange the rear axle of a 2001 grand Cherokee ?

Not without a lot of work. The 2001 Used different mounts and was wider. You'll need to find a 93-98 Grand Cherokee for a direct swap.
