Default shock suggestion

I have a 97 JGC

its my daily driver but I still take it on some easy jeep trails

I want to get some new shocks. I feel now that when I hit a bump its hurting my jeep.

what would be Ideal shocks for light trailing?

I put KYB Gas-A-Just mono tubes on my ZJ and the ride is kinda stiff. Tomorrow I will be installing my RC long arm kit with the RC 2.2 shocks, we'll see what happens after that.

Is it stock? Not lifted? The monroe sensatracs are a nice comfy ride. I run them on my XJ which is currently my daily driver. For the price you really can't beat them.

right now my jeep is stock with no lift... I am considering a 2 inch lift later, like around the summer time.

You don't have to replace the shocks for a two inch lift, but I recommend it. Where do you live? I will give you my KYB mono tubes if you're close.

If you're wanting them, sure. I paid 200 bucks for them about two years ago. I'm changing them out today because I'm installing my long arm lift. There's nothing wrong with them other than faded stickers.
