I just did my pinion bearing yesterday my biggest problem had been the pinion seal it doesn't seem to fit the yoke put it all together and oil pours out the front called AutoZone and orielys and both gave me the same seal everything else for the swap went smooth

Your yoke may be grooved by dirt where the seal rides. Unfortunatly, you'll have to take it apart to find out. If it is, you can get a new yoke from Morris 4X4 center, or other places. I know I'm not supposed to solicit for specific venders, but these people are good at supplying things that others do not.
