If you're really asking about a 2000 WJ then I would expect that yours has a 42RE transmission. If you're asking for an XJ then confirm this there. Meanwhile, you can locate the identification numbers for your 42RE transmission stamped on the left side of the case just above the oil pan gasket surface (formatted as part number, build date, serial number).
