Default Turn signal problems

Hello hope someone can help me. I have a 2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo. My driver side turn signal stays on (frozen), I disconnected the battery and reconnected and it's still on. Now neither signal or the flashers work. Being on a fixed income hoping to fix this myself.

After leaving the battery disconnected over night, and re connecting it the turn signal lights are off front/and back. Guess for now I'll try to remember not to use the left signal.

Change the relay. It's underneath/behind the dash where your left knee is. Easy to reach

Yup, I'd check the relay, and if that doesn't fix the issue, it could be the stalk that needs to be replaced.

The stalk is the turn signal stick that you use to put on your turn signal.

Oh ok. The signal hasn't stuck on in about a week and a half, but still try not to use the left signal. Hopefully I can wait till warmer weather to replace the relay.
Thank you all for the help!!!!
