Turn Signals no working

Model: Cherokee (XJ)
Turn Signals no working
2003 Grand Cherokee Laredo 6 cyl - turn signals inoperative. Hazard flashers work. Relay and turn signal switch replaced. Flashers work. Turn signals inoperative still. Flasher fuse (15A) replaced. I am at a loss. Anyone experience this? I appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
