2k2 GJC LMT 4.7L V8 VIN=N

Turns over no start. Running out of ideas. So far I've replaced the ;
camshaft pos sensor
Crankshaft pos sensor
Coolant temp sensor
listened for fuel priming when key turned to on, heard nothing so i dropped the tank and removed the fuel pump and hooked direct to 12v and it activates (assuming humming when power applied equates to proper function) i havent tested pressure at the fuel rail and i have some broken injector connectors but they all seem well seated and not loose. I have a fuel filter arriving tomorrow but I doubt that's going to change anything. Also on a side note I noticed when parts shopping online that the fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator appear to be identical. They are different internally i assume? Or is it just a redundant use of the same part?

one more thing just before this trouble began i changed the spark plugs to a set of new rutheium plugs and shortly after this issue reared its ugly head in case something i did while doing that service might have caused this. But I don't see how remove air cleaner and coil packs (did each one by one so everything went back where it came out) take old plug out put new plug in insert coil pack, secure with nut and reattach connector. Repeat 7 more times and then replace the intake box and air cleaner lid... don't know how I could have screwed that up. Maybe I didn't torque the plugs enough? I was super gentle on the reinstall cause I've a habit of over Torquing stuff

If the fuel pump works when hooked to 12V, but not in your vehicle, then you have a wiring issue. Start at the Fuel Pump connector and test whether you're getting 12V or not. It only sends 12V for a split second when you first turn the key to On, so you really have to be looking at the multimeter or test light when you turn the key. If you're not getting voltage there, then you need to troubleshoot the Relay and Fuse in the Fuse Panel.
