Default Vacuum problems and I’m at a loss … anyone?

Ok everyone so I keep pulling a Evap small and large leak code and I’m at a loss here … I’ve changed all the vacuum lines under the hood , I’ve changed the intake/exhaust manifold gasket I’ve done fuel cap and evap purge valve I’ve taken apart the throttle body and cleaned it along with all the sensors put a new gasket I’ve done the Pcv valves front and back I’ve done fuel filter and spark plugs did the power brake booster ,exhaust,
bank one o2 sensor and I’m still pulling the evap leak code nothing by the fuel tank or under the driver side rear wheel seem to be leaking I’ve sprayed brake cleaner throughout and nothing is upping the rpm I’m at a loss here once in a while the mixture leans out and gives me a fault of misfire in cylinder #1 but goes away after a day … also when it idles for a while the idle rpm goes to a steady 1000rpms up from the normal 700rpm… now mind you every single fix I have done has made a better impact on the her and gas mileage went from 8mpg to 13mpg … she has 320k miles but starts right up every time

The breather in this picture is gone and hose hooked into the intake pipe

Welcome to the forum.

Assuming you've identified correctly as a Cherokee, not a Grand Cherokee, then the inquiry is in the wrong forum. The inquiry is in the Grand Cherokee forum.

Here is the Cherokee forum.

Note it is always good to fully ID the vehicle, w/ model / year / engine / transmission, plus anything else that will permit others to provide effective assistance.
