Hey man I have a 2000 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0 liter..
I been have the same problem with it I have replaced the water pump put new Thermostats 190° twice think that they stay open and I have done a flush also ... the jeep heater blows a little bit worm inside the cab , I check the heater hose they are both hot so that ok but when I check the thermostat hosing with a temp gun it only at 160° and that why I get no hot air in my cab ..
there no leaks under the engine at all no antifreeze leaks next to the firewall where the heater coils is at and antifreeze leaves are good ...

Running out of options as well even the mechanic I taken it to done have any idea why my temperature doesn't go any higher then 160° with everything new (Thermostats & waterpump & a flush)
