XJ Fender Question
Hey Team.... Quick question, does a 90 XJ front right fender flare fit on a 99 XJ?

no. they are quite different, both in appearance, and how they mount. you may be able to get it on, but not without screwing it through the fenders, unless you're quite crafty.
