Default ZJ memory seat/mirrors keep moving around randomly

1995 Grand Cherokee. I've tried to SET the seat/outside mirrors memory but seems its malfuntioned. Never get a blinking SET light per instructions. So they keep moving even when car is shut off and drain the battery. And they only move every couple of minutes so simply pulling fuses trial and error is impractical. Tried disconnecting battery to clear everything out, didn't help. I don't need the memory seats or mirrors. But I can't find the correct fuse to disable the memory system. Nothing mentioned in the drivers manual for fuses related to memory seat or mirrors. Wonder if anyone knows the answer. Thanks

Nothing I did stopped the eratic behavior of seats and outside mirrors, including one suggestion of unplugging the three button memory control on the drivers door.. I was able to finally disable them by removing CB3 in the inside, passenger side power center. This YouTube was the best I found for my 1995 grand cherokee Limited fuse panel and power center diagrams. Even the stuff in the Owners Manual, which I have was not accurate.
Since I am the only driver moving the seat is not a factor.

BAD news. I solved the "memory" seat problem, BUT the mirrors are still moviing around. It appears the memory seat/mirrors are a function of the BCM. So if that's on the fritz and I'm not dropping a few hundred bucks on a function I don't like in the first place, kill the power to the seats, which I did, but now I can't find the fuse or CB for the exterior mirrors. Any suggestions. One problem is the power distribution block (passenger inside) and the fuse block in engine compartment have many different configurations and the cover doesn't always have descriptions on all locations. My PDC matches the link above. Nothing for exterieor mirrors. Anyone know the answer to this?

SOLVED: Replaced the drivers side Master Power Window Switch. Put seat relay back in. Everything works normally. The module is specific to 1996-1998 Grand Cherokee. Took a while t find one on Ebay. $45 and a couple days.
