ZJ transfer case swap?

ZJ transfer case swap?
I'm looking at a grand cherokee ZJ, it has the 5.2 V8, 4x4, its in good shape, but the only thing i dont like is that it has quadra-trac (full time 4wd). How easy would it be to swap in a 242 t-case from another ZJ? will the 242 bolt right up? I know I would need the t-case itself, the shifter assembly, and the selectrac bezel. are the driveshafts the same? the reason i want to do this is because this will be my DD when i get my license, and I dont need 4wd all the time because I live in AZ where its dry almost all the time and no snow ever where i live. and 2wd will give better MPG's
