lol maybe one day. theres not enough stations around me to run it. probably a meth kit one day but for right now just going stage 2 for a while then bigger turbo, injectors, fuel pump, electronic or manual boost controller, intake, turbo inlet, front mount kit, etc.. just still trying to pay it off and mod it at the same time and my moneys going other places so im just trying to stick stage 2 for a while lol

why would you wanna run 85? crappy eco and crappy performance... I don't see the benefit... sure it's cheaper, but when factored in the MPG drop, are you really making out any?

it is cheaper and when factored in with the lower mpg's it might be around the same price for amount of miles. but it would run crappy if poured into a gasoline vehicle that is not tuned for it. flexfuel vehicles would be fine because thats half of what theyre made to use. performance is better because has a higher octane rating around 94-96, its made from a renewable resource unlike petroleum, and think it burns colder than gasoline. but im not expert just read alittle bit. i most likely wont run e85 unless its available at more stations around here and once car gets new turbo setup

got my accessport in the mail yesterday. tuned for 93 octane stage 1. hit 15lbs of boost in 4th gear this morning. im not sure how much higher the boost is capped at. but i did notice it is alittle quicker with the tune. ordering up pipe today. either grimmspeed, invidia or turboxs. not sure yet. then when that comes in the exhaust is going to be heat wrapped and then should be good to go on and then run a stage 2 93 octane map

all that said, we don't really have any stations around here that carry ethanol, so for all I know the fuel could be a dollar cheaper a gallon than gas... what is E85 running anyway?

honestly not sure at all lol. dont beleive i have any stations close to me, dont really know what all is needed to switch say my wrx into running e85. maybe just a tune? havent done the research on it, but im not sure how it would work like if you would have to drain your tank then fill up with e85 because if it has some gas in it will that mess upp the combustion. dont have a clue lol

yea with the flex fuels vehicles there is probably a broader tune to accept 87 octane gas and then if you put e85 in it and might readjust the ecu to the different octane changes. but im not sure at all how they would work.

put my Grimmspeed uppipe and Autospeed downpipe on, now have full autospeed turboback exhaust, twin tip muffler. pretty quiet but can still hear the rumble, thats how i like it. stage 2 93 octane tune with my cobb acessport. also put on my hella horns the other day, not sure if i posted that update before. but i plan on keeping it stage 2 for a , need another streetbike and the car is to my liking for now. future plans are pay it off, different turbo setup stay tuned
