I didnt like them at first, they have grown on me.. I would get one for my wife. I dont like the look of the lifted one. The huge IFS drop brackets just look funny, maybe because they are white and stand out..

I think this one would be better..

Yes, either of those is much better. I particularly like the red one, since it's in the middle of earning that "Trail Rated" badge.

I believe it is the same one but the lighting makes it look orange. I have a video of it from the Peterson's 4wheel Ultimate Adventure... It wheeled pretty well.

what axles are under it the liberty never had strait axles did it

I want to say they are probably Pro-Rock Dana 60s... but I will check the video (maybe tonight) and see if they have any tech on it. And no, they did not come solid axle front stock..

They are flexy stock the rear coils help a bunch and the rear axle is a 8.25.

This is my buddys its not too bad but still not an XJ

he almost rolled right there...

i agree, the drop bracket lifts pretty much bring the suck. the sas'd ones look pretty aggressive, id drive it.

i think they look goofy lifted. just something about them being real.... bubbly i guess u could say?

Ok.. here is the low down on the Trailready Liberty. Atleast how it was during the Ultimate Adventure... from about 2003.

Front Axle: Reverse rotation Dana 44 with Dana 60 outters, 4.56 gears and Detroit Electrac.

Rear Axle: Chry 8.25 with Chromoly Shafts and Detroit Locker.

Tires: 35x13.50x15 BFG Krawlers

Engine: Stock
Trans: Stock

NP231 with 4:1 low

Suspension: 6" customer long arm with triangulated rear, ZJ coils.

I'd take a stock XJ over those "trail-ready" Libby's anyday.
