man I can not stand people I drove over an hour to look at the mj I made a deal with the guy and gave a deposit.. and the deal was i would go pick it up this week. I just recived a call and the a$$ tells me he is going to send my money to me in the mail as he sold the truck to soem one be cause the ofered more money... I can not belive in this day in age how people can just screw each other over...
I know it would take a long time to go to court but i think I will take this guy to court.. i am so tired of pwople doing this sort ofthing...
I went to pick up a jeep a few weeks back and the guy had taken off the tires and rims and was cutting the front bumper off... he said well I wont takethe bumper I was to late taking it off your here.. I looked at him and said you just wasted my time you can have the bumper and the jeep... and left.
but this guy with the comanche realy bugs me.. I think he can go to court nad explane to a judge how he riped me off.
I could have fix nad sold the jeep for more then I paid for it. so that is loss of income to me or parted it out for even more...

 

I feel your frustration bud. Wish there was some sort of bill of sale or receipt for your deposit, that would've made it a binding agreement and you might could've got some damages money for it....My $.02, but I think you should just take the emotion out of it and sleep on it for a day or so and then decide whether or not you want to legally pursue it. Might not be worth the time, effort and money and you could just be better off without having to deal with a POS like that....if you're still pissed in a couple days...f' him and lynch the b@$tard

 

I have a bill of sale, emails from him saying he would do this deal and an email after saying that he did not want to pi$$ me off by breaking the deal.. that is what realy pi$$ed me off. he knows he did wrong...
I called my lawer and I was also talking to a guy down the road today that bought a trailer last fall. left a deposit nad made arrangment to coem back with a truck to haul it away. when he came back it was gone. took the police a week to find the seller but they did. she sold the trailer and went on a drunk.
in court the judge put her in jail for fraud have the seller finace the trailer to be bought back and given to the first buyer. and also she had to pay for the court fees for both parties..
the judge said far to many time this is going on and it has to stop where people are just screwing others...
so my lawer thinks I have a good case and I will knwo at the end of the week if we are going to court.... its is not right and that is that.
