Tap your starter and see if that works. It sounds to me that your culprit could be the starter. Make sure your battery cables are tight. What was the cause of the noise in your original post? Was it part of the valvetrain?

Engine: 5.2L Magnum V-8
Yeah I put in new rod bearings and lfiters and that did the trick. Filled the oil also. I think the starter actually might be it.
