This is not necessarily true. Toe-out is not the only alignment angle that causes a pull. You would have to put it on an alignment machine to tell what angles aren't within spec. It sounds more like a loose or worn suspension component than an alignment issue - alignment issue would be felt all the time, not just on accell/decel.
