i personally like the paint except get rid of those gold stripes...other than that throw a 6'' lift on her with some 35s or 37s and call it done...a gloss black would look pretty sick though to

I agree about the gold stripes, they always looked kinda cheesy to me, the body is a little rough in places and no a/c so not sure about the black, but kinda like the flat or hammered black look for an ole beat up truck....if nothing else it needs to be leveled badly, but was kinda thinking maybe a 2-3 inch lift, but would need nerf bars since I really have to stretch to get in as it is now....I'm only 5'2 (with shoes) I would like to go with some nice BFG'S, wheels could probably be cleaned up.
Think I should yard out the bench seat and put in some nice buckets with large center console, what do think of a rear slider window? would be nice to have more ventalation

You could give it to me
Ha but I would get that AC fixed, and everything up and running in top shape, who cares that the bodies a little dinged, as long as its not rotting out underneath your all set. Throw a brush guard on there, a backup light or a light for the bed, maybe a little lift and some nice tires. An exhaust? stacks! Have fun with it, don't overwhelm yourself with projects, I have a tendency to do that to myself ha..

the exhaust sounds pretty knarly now.....you can hear me coming down the road for sure.....the thing on the front now with the winch is for my snow plow....looks kinda scary in the rearview of a small car so I kept it on, but it's kinda ugly....I do use it for hauling firewood so I can't go to high and it's set up for hauling gooseneck/my flatbed trailer, pretty sure 3" would have to be my max lift height. when the motor was rebuilt no a/c was reinstalled, it was built for high performance not comfort.....deff needs a stereo/cd player.....doesn't even have a radio right now although it's so dang loud probably wouldn't be able to hear it anyways.

3" lift in the front, 2" in the rear.
33" tires all terrains
Modify the bumpers so they sit as close to the body as possible. (low profile)
Restore all chrome
Paint gloss black and change the gold stripe to silver surrounded by red pin stripe.
The stripe goes up in two places, cancel that.. make it continue straight to the back of the truck.
Chrome wheels.
Don't make the exhaust too loud.. Just noticeable.
Make it last forever.
