What no cardboard? Ahaha! I like it! I don't think you'll fit a winch in there but that's not a problem.

Looking good!! Smart idea tacking on the inside of the bumper to keep your outer open corner joints nice and neat. Gonna be a breeze to weld that up!!

Got the bumper finished today forgot to take photos after grinding. So ill get the other photos up later before bedlining it.

That bumper is a beast, I think the frame would bend on the truck before the bumper!! Looks great man, any plans for a winch and bull bar?

Forgot to take a photo of it after I grinded it down, and before herculiner it.

Which herculiner is a great and easy product to apply, little messy.
