ok this is my 3rd front bumper build, i'm not posting step by steps on it i'll answer any questions that come up.

first i am using a jdsquared model 32 bender, after that it's measure, bend, notch repeat. the mounts are 1/4x4" stock. i'm thinking of putting these out for sale with optional stingers,brush breakers,mounts,recievers tow points and whatnot this is before paint i'll have more pics tomorrow.

let me know what you think and what you'd pay for it.

thanks guys. the plan is to plate in behind the openings with aluminium diamond plate.

 

yea man, good work....that is an attractive bumper...that be sweet with diamond plate in the openings....only flaw in my eyes is the separation at the fenders bending around the corners

i'm broke, otherwise i'd offer $$...u need any electrical work done?

 

i hung it wide only because i plan to tie the bumper into the sliders

 

I might be interested in buying just a stinger sometime with some triangulated braces.
