well , last weekend i decided to change the green halo rings that came with the projectors , i bought them on jan 3rd and finally got one to get alive as those japs send them in bubble wrap and always got broken , they had to send them 3 times , so this i how i did ...
this is the way they came...
this is what i ordered..
this is the part i had to order to make it look like i wanted, a 95mm ccfl white lamp...
first of all you take of your lamp and disconect your hid bulb and the ballast for the ccfl ,remove the bulb, then open up your headlamp just as the start of the post and then take off the bolt that holds the projector on the lamp
Bolt removed , then remove this bulb holder and the h4 adapter and the projector will be loose....
remove the screws that hold the projector lens ,
then remove the screws from the shroud that hold the rear cclf protector and take it offf with the ccfl lamp..
remove the old ccfl lamp wires from the protector and then insert the wires of the new one...
then carefully place the new cclf lamp on the shroud...
slide the protector in to the shroud and then you put the screws back, after this is done insert the wires into the ballast plug..
screw back...
insert the projector back into the shroud and the screws that hold it.
put the bulb holder back on the projector and then bolt the nut that holds it to the headlamp, put back the bulb and the cover , test it , silicone back your lamp cover and then put your headlamp back in the bezel , remember to level back the headlamps...
this is the final result..

that could be a great idea if first is not that awfull green color and second if you don break it putting them on the bubble wrap that the new ones came (like i did) i complained for 3 months with the seller so they would send them to me in a box not a bubble bag and i ended doing the same,

its impossible for me to build those for sale as i live in Punta Cana Dominican Republic so i have to import things from usa, only on shipping it will be a ton of cash , you need to try making some by yourself if i did it anyone can do it too, its not a big deal you can do it!!

Thanks for putting this build up. I have enjoyed reading all the input that you and everyone else has helped with. If I could get the PDF'S and start the work on mine. I almost forgot bwalburn8@yahoo.com
