yea i am doin it beacuse on the inside of my door on the pinch seem it is begining to rust and it is the only rust on the whole truck...u cant see it from the out side yet so i am goin to clean it up and fix the rust then use the liner instead of having to get the whole thing repainted....plus when i get bushwackers it will tie in perfectly....i hope!

Used the Duplicolor Spray. I like it because it goes on smoother and the mud cleans off easier. The biggest thing you have to do is the prep. Sand it and sand it some more. I used a wax and grease remover first, sanded with 100 grit wiped it down again with the wax and grease remover and then went back over it with a 3m maroon scuff pad, wiped it with a tack cloth and the wax and grease remover again. Been on for 2 years now. No issues.

can't you scuff it with a scotch-brite pad and get an adhesion promoter... like Bulldog adhesion promoter you can get at the parts stores........then just roll it on or spray it? Don't know for sure but I'd start there

I'd say a quart would more than cover the rockers...not sure if you'd have enough for rockers AND quarters. I'd just buy 2 quarts, return the un-used quart if you didn't crack it open.
Duplicolor, IMO, is cheap priced and quality...did the bed of my John Deere Gator with it and have had flaking and chip spots....never had a problem with the Herculiner and, again, IMO it's worth it to do the job right the first time.
