In my shop class we had a nice talk about bedlining, the duplicolor has a tendency to trap moisture in when spraying on, by no means major but the start of rust spots, but herculiner or other roll ons are pretty decent.

Just my $.02

I called a local Rhino Lining shop the other day just to see how much it would be to do half way down the body from right under the door handles and it was $1200. I know its thick but you could buy over 13 gallons of Herculiner for that, I saw it at Autozone for $89 the other day. I was at the 4-Wheel Drive Jamboree in Indianapolis a few years ago and Rhino Lining had an exhibit and had an entire Cherokee that they had done......it was BAD A$$.

That's what I thought. A friend of mine had a Hemi Dodge short bed done and it was $450 I think.

Great job.

Has anyone used Herculiner over the top of a sprayed on undercoat/liner. I know it says there is a lot of prep work and the surface must be roughed up or it will not adhere good. I used a spray on liner from Rustoleum and I had thought about doing to Herculiner but didnt want to have to sand all the old off.

It probably wont adhere as well if you put it over another undercoat/liner.
